Hello Everyone,
  I beleive that some of the current techniques (such as Finite Element
Method, Boundary Element Method, etc) for structural analysis can be
extended to predict Earthquakes. Considering the fact that this has a
great significance in our lives, I beleive it is worth attempting such
an analysis and I would be happy if somebody can give this issue a
serious thought.
