The lines on CEARNV2 got moved to CEARN and the node was deleted. Such
entries must, unfortunately, remain on the LINKSWT FILE for a long time,
because many sites do not have up to date BITEARN NODES files. Since
these sites do generate DIST2 jobs, it is not only their problem but that
of the net as a whole: all it takes is a couple of high-volume lists, an
outdated BITEARN NODES and a LINKSWT FILE without provision for such
files to generate hundreds of distribute jobs a day along the wrong path.
The file you have has entries for both CEARN and CEARNV2, so that it
works with both current and outdated files. Eventually I remove such
entries to trim the file.
