(Exception:  If you setup all your lists with certain "global" settings (like
the Errors-To= )  embedded in a KEYWORDS file, then you could edit that file
to make any desired changes and restart the server.  Then your change will
affect all lists.  However, if you have not already setup your lists this way,
you still will need to edit each list header, one at a time to change to this
method.  See Site Mgr Manual, Chap 7.13.13 for details.)
