LISTSERV  is  not  involved  in  this. The  mail  goes  to  USACHVM1  via
DISTRIBUTE and LISTSERV delivers to .CL recipients. But USACHVM1's mailer
routes  all  mail  via  SMTP  through  CUNYVM.CUNY.EDU,  apparently  this
includes even mail for CL. CUNY then sends it back via RSCS.
