Besides 6 or so BITNET hosts at Ohio State U., we have many small computer
systems which are hooked up to OSU's campus network, and only
have an Internet type address.
 
How can I as the Listserv postmaster here, or by using the NAD's  on OHSTVMA
issue a global delete for a user on another system with an Internet type
address?  The Node administrator or postmaster for that system is undefined
to Listserv.
