Just say "NO" to freebie email accounts? e.g., * FILTER= ALSO,*@freebie.COM

or

* default-options= REVIEW

and new non-freebies are SET listname NOREVIEW FOR legit@host

You can update your listname MAILTPL to NOT generate the little
autonotification when mail is submitted for moderation.
