I want to create a mailing list about china,its politics ,literature,
people and so on. Because I am chinese and got good education,I think
I can do it good. Please tell me how to do it .I understand chinese,
english ,russian,and some french,so many ppl form different country can join
my list.I am in china ,I can give them newest news about china.Please tell
me how to create a mailing list ,which software i should use..Thanks..
