I'll pass on a second to have a presentation on LISTSERV at the workshop.

Would it be worth having UA video tape the presentation and making that
available for folks who were not able to attend the meeting?

I'll also toss in a plug for Harry. He manages with very little in the way
of resources to put on a GOOD confrence. If you have to pick just a couple
of things to do this year, get the company to pay the registration fee, and
take a few days of vacation to get to the workshop. You will be pleasently
suprised how many folks really do understand what you do at work (and can
understand why your spouse thought you were nuts for taking a vacation to a
"business" meeting).

READ PARTY HARDY! Lots of good talk and company. If you ask nicely, someone
may bring out the balloons. That made for an interesting evening at Indy a
couple years back.
