There are two ways to do this:
 
   For specific users, add an entry for the user in your CMS NAMES file,
   specifying the desired notebook, i.e., NOTEBOOK: usernotebook
 
   To change the notebook that stuff is received into, presuming that
   you are running RiceMail, add a line like this to your MAILUSER XEDIT
   file:
         SETMAIL UNREAD <notebook> NOTEBOOK <mydiskmode>
