I've installed Listserv on a unix system and am installing the web archive
interface.

According to the documentation on installing the web archive interface
script, it says to create a world-readable file called /etc/lsv-wa.config.

What I would like to know is if it is possible to create this file in
another directory such as the listserv user's home directory?
