If I  understand this,  we're not just  talking about  a "(GLOBAL"
option  on the  SIGNOFF  command,  but rather  a  general facility  to
execute a command on every LISTSERV, e.g.  "GLOBAL SIGNOFF *", "GLOBAL
REGISTER Ross  Patterson", etc.   In that  case, I  think it's  a good
idea, and  would have  to be  implemented with one  of the  flavors of
DISTRIBUTE, preferrably DIST2.
