In VM I have found one anomaly recently. Say you
want to define two lists, with one list subscribed
to the other and you have chosen short names (8 chars
or less) and long names (LIST-ID= keyword)

short    long           subscribers
=====    ===========    ===========
m        abcdefghijk    z, abcdefg
abcdefg  xxxxxxxxxxx    y, w

When you email to: M, the mail "bounces" from xxxxxxxxxx because
it thinks that it is a duplicate.

The "trick" is not not define any "short" name lists that can
overlap OTHER leading "long name" list.
