The system at the other end (the one rejecting the mail) gets to
decide where to send the bounce.  You can hint around at where
you'd like it to go, but unfortunately some of them pay no
attention whatsoever!  And if they don't send it to an address
controlled by Listserv then there's no way for Listserv to
intercept it.
