I believe that the SIGNUP2 FILE processing enhancements are part of FIX18AX2,
which also adds XA-exploitation.  We are running this level without problems.
This FIX also "adds" support for CMS 11.
 
I'm waiting for November monthend to see if CPU usage has gone down...
