This sounds like the good old Microsoft Mail problem rearing its ugly
head.  Microsoft Mail takes the truly intelligent attitude that you don't
need all those pesky RFC822 header lines and grabs only the Return-Path:
address (which is where errors are supposed to go, in this case
owner-lsumc-support) and assumes that it's the Reply-To: address.  The
only solution to this brain-damaged situation is to advise your MS Mail
users that they need to carefully check where their mail is going when
they reply to list mail.
