You have to either kill off the current digest by setting Digest=No 
(in which case none of the digest recipients will get any of the 
messages in it, but at least a new working digest will start building 
when you set Digest= back to Yes), or you have to get to the root of 
why the digest is not going out in the first place. What does the log 
file say when LISTSERV tries to send out the digest?
