This is normal.  It is WA testing if SSL/HTTPS is active in your web server.
If SSL/HTTPS is active, WA will automatically use it for all authenticated
functions, such as logins, etc.  This is a side-effect of the new in 15.5 LDAP
access which requires use of SSL/HTTPS for LDAP authentication in LISTSERV.
