   Case IS preserved where it matters, in the logon name, since some
systems care about that.  Case is NOT preserved where it doesn't matter,
in the domain name.  By RFC (number forgotten) the domain name is case
insensitive.
 
I'd just delete him and let him resub and whatever case his system provides
in user ID will go into his sub address.
