We are two  co-admins of a listserv
  We are both OWNER
I have stopped getting the forwarded requests to join but the other
co-admin is getting them. We both are not getting one type of daily
monitoring report from listserv which we used to get.

Why could this be?

Here is the header, with names changed to protect the innocent
