We don't have LITE or LITEFE. ;-)
Also, FWIW, I think it might be a good idea for this sort of thing to
be the template since the instructions advise against turning on
mail-merge for anything but announce-only lists and it removes the
reliance on knowing the relationship between that setting a default
(non-standard) behavior (IOW, one default (mail-merge) is off while
the other that depends on it is defaulted to assume it is on).
