Hello,

I am trying to convert my company's MailMan system
to ListServ.  I have the Classic edition (1.8d).  I
would like to prevent anyone other than myself (or
designee) from creating new lists on the server.

I have read/skimmed the 300-page site maintainer's
manual and the FAQs, as well as searched this lists
archives without really finding any pointers.

Any help is appreciated,
