Lost Messages

We are not receiving some LISTSERV responses.

For example, if we send a command: REVIEW LIST-L, we get back a message
saying that LIST-L LIST has been mailed under separate cover. However,
we never receive the second message.

The LISTSERV log file indicates the mail was sent. We're using LSMTP as
the mail agent. I'd appreciate any ideas on how to track this down.
