The message sent to a subscriber who attempts to submit a note to a list
which has SEND= Owner begins:

"You are not authorized to mail to list XXXXXX from your
[log in to unmask] account. You might be authorized to post to the
list from another of your accounts or under a slightly different address,..."

This doesn't seem to be the most appropriate message to send. Although
it is true that XXXXXX is not authorized, it would be better to be more
direct, in this special case, and say that only the (Owner) is permitted
to post messages to list XXXXXX, so that the subscriber doesn't wonder
under what other userid@host he/she might have subscribed to XXXXXX.

I didn't find this message in DEFAULT MAILTPL, so I comment here.
Solutions?
Peter
