Due  to the  numerous  ways addresses  can be  rewritten  by gateways,  a
wildcard  match is  done. Actually  this particular  check is  to prevent
mailing  loops in  case a  broken  mailer somehow  delivers the  original
message back to  the sender (possibly through mail  forwarding). With the
duplicate mail suppression  code it is no longer needed.  You can edit it
out of LSVXMAIL, or use some  other trick like setting the IETFHDR option
on the USS-L subscription to RUSS-L.
