By default, the drop-down box appears only if there are 50 or
less lists. Some sites have over 10,000 lists and you can imagine
what this would do to the web interface! You can set
WWW_SHOW_LISTS to 1 in your configuration file if you want
to have the drop-down box nonetheless, likewise you can set it
to 0 if you want to disable the drop-down box even though you
have 50 lists or less.
