Here is the additional info. Customers claim that their email server is
available all the time. I am not sure about the routing problems (and I
doubt
the routing problems occurs for the past two months). Even yahoo subscribers
are complaining.

(Unfortunately, this sort of delay is quite common for your service.)

It appears that your dispatch.realcities.com email relay has a problem.  My
email server was available the entire time.

Among other pieces of info, perhaps one of your customers will provide
you with all of the RECEIVED line headers of a delayed message?

Also, please provide the list definition keywords for add'l analysis.
