BTW: I was under the impression that good net citizens didn't get BITEARN
NODES every month.  Good citizens get the much smaller VERSyyvv NODUPD
file instead and apply the months changes to their existing file using
UPDNODES to build their own copy.  Or have times changed and sent this
procedure the way of the Zoot suit?  -Kary.
