Please don't try to synchronize the EXISTING AFD/FUI subscriptions with
the list subscribers: I've established a wild-card AFD subscription to
our local BBS, but don't have a list subscription.
 
I believe this is a valid use of such a service: local re-distribution
w/o individual user subs.  Cuts down on traffic, and the corollary unsub
problems.
