If I recall correctly, the problem is that the two assembler programs
shipped with Version 1.4 (LSVDDFID and LSVPUNCH) weren't shipped with
modules. To fix it, just stop LISTSERV and do:
 
GLOBAL MACLIB DMSSP CMSLIB
ASSEMBLE LSVDDFID
ASSEMBLE LSVPUNCH
LOAD LSVDDFID ( NOMAP CLEAR ORIGIN TRANS
GENMOD
LOAD LSVPUNCH ( NOMAP CLEAR ORIGIN TRANS
GENMOD
