We have this annoying error! (we are running on an unix server w/Apache)

Error during command authentication
Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=61). The
server is probably not started. - or with this added - Cache-Control:
no-cache, must-revalidate Pragma: no-cache to

This happens alot between screens.  If you change from List Management
to Server Management or submit a list from the List Management page.
 Going back and resubmitting or reloading the page a couple of times may
get you to the next page, but is extremely time consuming and very annoying.

Could it involve a time out setting for the amount of time allowed to
reach the server?  Could that be changed somewhere?  Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated!
