One of my list owners asked if there was a way to remove the extra line feed
that comes after the top banner and before the bottom banner. I have tested
it both in via email and via the on-line interface. The text I sent are the
two TEST lines and the LF between them. The Top Banner template contains
only the TOP BANNER line, ergo the Bottom BANNER line.

Where did the two LF's come from - and how to remove them?
