Is it possible to change one of the LIST files without logging onto
LISTSERV?  I tried using the GET and PUT commands, but received back
'Unknown command -- "PUT". Try HELP.'  The GET command worked fine,
however (i.e. it sent me a copy of the list, and it locked it).  Am
I using the wrong approach, or is there something wrong with our PUT
command?  I have both postmaster and owner privileges.  Thanks!
