Actually, wait a day or two.  There was a file missing from the PACKAGE that
Barbe promised to remedy ASAP.
 
There is also another implementation by Rick Troth at Rice.  You can get
this via Rice's gopher.  This is the one we're currently using.
 
Anyone interested in this business should subscribe to MSP-L@ALBANY (aka
albany.edu).  Not a high-volume list, but what gets posted is usually
pretty interesting.
