If you migrate lists using PUT, they are automatically announced. However
this announcement may  not actually be broadcast if you  do the migration
before you install the production license  key, or then before the server
is registered in  INTPEERS NAMES. If you migrate lists  via FTP, they are
announced overnight, again with the same gotchas about when this is done.
Anyway I'll take care of forcing a refresh (LSVLDELT REFRESH).
