Background:
 
* LISTSERV@ECUVM1  is a  backbone  server running  version  1.8a under
* Release 2.2 VM/ESA
 
* MAILER@ECUVM1 is running version 1.2a of LMail (with version 1.8a of
* the LISTSERV library) under  VM/ESA Release 2.2
 
Problem: Internet mail defaults to INTERBIT  Note: this is not a problem
in itself, it works, however there is no need to route mail off campus
when local delivery can be performed.
 
Question: What is the proper procedure to change our default Internet gateway?
 
Comment: I've read every piece of documentation without success.
