I'm concerned that such a test was done on large list and without
anyone available to fix problems.
 
Thanks should go to network watchdog Bill Rubin.  He go rid of many copies
that hadn't been distributed yet, and contacted several Site Postmasters
to try and slow the growth.
 
I also find it strange that I got 28 copies, and only 4 of them came from
my server, and the other 24 came from YALEVM.  I thought the initial
server determined all paths.  The explanations I have heard for the fixes
in FIX15M3 don't explain that.
