You are not getting a approval message because you have to specify
* Send= Editor,Hold,Confirm

This means that the send will be held for 'editor' and the confirm means
that even the editor has to 'ok' the process. (Check out page 21 of the
owners manual (txt) format, if you print it out or section 2.12 of owners
manual.)
