I think the content of DOMAIN NAMESUM changed slightly with 1.8a.
 
The LSV$DNT EXEC that Jim Jones wrote and posted to the LSTSRV-L
during 1.7f days expects a triplet on each line of DOMAIN NAMESUM.
 
         <domain>  <gateway-host> <mailer-userid>
 
In 1.8a <mailer-userid> isn't there.  So, if you're using Jim's
LSV$DNT to replace the INTERBIT references it never finds them
as it looks for the pair INTERBIT SMTP not just INTERBIT.
