A version of LDBASE.COM that will work for both Q-bus and BI-based Vaxen
is  available from  [log in to unmask]  AFD  to it  to  get any  changes,
please.
 
Note that it provided limited  functionality (batch job submission only)
due to a serious (and stupid) bug in the BI-bus sync serial hardware and
software that causes  the link to repeat the entire  signon sequence for
each message passing from the VMS side  to the VM side. DEC has promised
a fix Real Soon Now, but you know what that's worth.
