I doubt that Listserv's anti-spam mechanism would cause the kind of delay
that Keven mentioned. I suggest that Keven verify that the computer that
hosts his Listserv is actually receiving the mail he sent to his list
quickly. Kevin might inspect the log files for his mail transport agent
and Listserv to see if anything noteable turns up there.
