I think what you want is sent = editor,confirm

that means that they will not send it out until they send it BACK to you
(as editor) and you okay it.  It's kind of a pain because you have to
double-okay everything, first when you send it out and then when the
computer asks for a confirmation, but it is designed to foil precisely
this kind of smart-aleck.
