If you want all of the editors to receive postings for moderation, you have
to also define them as Moderators.

* Moderator= All,[log in to unmask],[log in to unmask]
* Moderator= [log in to unmask],[log in to unmask]

The "All" coded in the first line (and as the first value) tells LISTSERV
that all of the following addresses should receive all posts for moderation.
