I have many lists here for the State University of New York sites.
 
One of our users sent a file to the list which, it appears, was sent by
LISTSERV@UBVM as a DIST job to [log in to unmask]
 
The problem is that there are a number of sites on these lists that are
UNISYS machines (Burroughs) and they received the file as NETDATA which
they cannot process.  I looked at their BITEARN NODES entry and it lists
:fformat.PUNCH.
 
Is there a way to have LISTSERV obey this :fformat tag?
