It isn't clear to me exactly what you are asking:
 
1) how to get better visability for a list
 
2) how to be placed in some list db
 
3) how to establish a link between a list and Usenet
   (which has some particular on-list management challenges)
 
 
BTW, LSTSRV-L is used to discuss the LISTSERV product
of L-Soft, Inc, not another product called ListProc.
