To whom it may concern:

I am an online English as a Second Language Teacher. Specifically I teach
live in real time online, unlike most other online teachers who use email
and web-pages for teaching.  I  teach pro bono as part of my research into
online education.

I believe real time online live teaching will be a vital part of online
education and would like to encourage discussion of techniques and methods
that facilitate and improve such teaching.

To that end I would like to start a list specializing in live online
teaching, especially language teaching.

If anyone would be interested in helping to set up such a list, and
sponsoring such a list on your server, please let me know.
