rebooting LISTSERV

Tried to reboot LISTSERV with
shutdown reboot command
at the Linux prompt after login

listserv@cpcug:~$ shutdown reboot
bash: shutdown: command not found
listserv@cpcug:~$

LISTSERV 14.3

It's been down since noon today and the ISP guy is gone for the weekend.
