The CC:ed (non-list users) will already be able to view them. The subscribers will NOT unless their
subscription option is set to the non-preferred option IETFHDR e.g.,

SET listname IETFHDR

This may have unintended consequences especially for those who filter incoming messages based upon
header styles.
