   Hmm - that sounds suspiciously like NEW-LIST CREATE on
LISTSERV@NDSUVM1 ([log in to unmask]).  It is just a SHORT generic
description of considerations for starting a new list.  You can get it
by sending the command
 
    GET NEW-LIST CREATE
 
in the BODY of mail to [log in to unmask] or using anonymous ftp to
vm1.nodak.edu, CD NEW-LIST and   get new-list.create .
 
   It is NOT any help for setting up LISTSERV lists - just a general
introduction we've used in association with the "new-list" list
announcement service.
