We are currently evaluating ListServ Classic 15.5 and want to see if anyone
out there has already built the required CGI scripts to take new list
requests submitted via a web form and allow a listserv admin to review the
list and then approve the creation of the list. The approval would then
create the list, create the email aliases and then email confirmations to
the owner.  Please advise.
