I would like to remove (actually rename) a FILELIST, preferably using
the LSVPUT utility.  LISTSERV won't let me PUT a new LISTSERV FILELIST
if I remove the entry for xxxx FILELIST from it while the xxxx FILELIST
still exists.  LSVPUT (DELETE can get rid of the xxxx FILEID, but not
the xxxx FILELIST.  So, how do I get rid of (or rename) the xxxx FILELIST
to yyyy FILELIST, preferably with LSVPUT and get LISTSERV all synched up?
